As a Non-profit organization – 501(c)(3), the purpose of the corporation as stated in its articles of Incorporation is: (1) To provide financial assistance for employees of Frenship Independent School District who have suffered unexpected financial calamity through disaster. (2) To provide financial assistance in order that Frenship Independent School District students may have the opportunity to participate in activities which relate to their character, academic, leadership, or performance development, and which are above and beyond the scope of the local school district’s fiscal policies.
